1. Order process and payment

1.1. When you place an order through our website, you submit an order request by completing the checkout form. No payment is required at this stage. You are not charged at the time of order submission.

1.2. After you submit your order, our customer service team will contact you (by phone, email or other agreed means). Together with you, we will confirm the products, quantities and the final total including shipping costs. The final price (products + shipping) will be agreed before any payment is due.

1.3. Once you and our representative have agreed on the total amount, we will issue your invoice. Payment is required only after this agreement and in accordance with the payment method chosen (e.g. bank transfer) and the instructions on the invoice.

1.4. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to place the order and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in accordance with applicable law.

2. Shipping and delivery

2.1. Products are shipped from Turkey to the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Delivery times are typically between 1 (one) and 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Exact delivery times will be communicated where possible but are not guaranteed.

2.2. Delays in delivery may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to: adverse weather, natural disasters, customs procedures, technical or operational issues of the carrier, or other force majeure events. Any delay or failure caused by such circumstances, including carrier-related issues, is the responsibility of the carrier and/or the relevant third party, and we are not liable for such delays except where required by mandatory consumer law.

3. Prices and currency

Prices displayed on the website are in the currency indicated (e.g. GBP). The final amount you pay will be the total agreed with our customer service (products + shipping), as stated on the invoice. We may correct pricing errors; if you have already been charged, we will refund the difference or allow you to cancel in line with applicable law.

4. Consumer rights (UK/EEA)

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA, you have statutory rights (including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days in certain cases, and the right to repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods). 5. Limitation of liability

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or use it without our prior written consent, except for personal non-commercial use.
