Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy describes how Loft Stilt ships and delivers orders to customers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Our products are shipped from Turkey.
1. Origin of shipment
All products are dispatched from Turkey. Orders are fulfilled and sent to your delivery address in the UK or the EEA by us or our logistics partners.
2. Delivery times
2.1. Delivery typically takes between 1 (one) and 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of dispatch to the address you provided, depending on your country and the carrier used. This is an indicative range; actual delivery may be shorter or longer.
2.2. We will provide tracking information where available so you can follow your shipment. The final delivery date may be affected by factors outside our control (see section 3).
3. Delays and circumstances outside our control
3.1. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions and natural disasters.
- Technical or operational failures or issues of the carrier (e.g. customs systems, IT, logistics).
- Customs checks, strikes, or other force majeure events.
3.2. Where a delay or failure in delivery is caused by such circumstances, including issues attributable to the carrier (e.g. loss, damage or delay due to the carrier’s operations, technical problems or force majeure), responsibility lies with the carrier or the relevant third party. We are not liable for such delays or failures except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires us to be responsible (e.g. as the seller under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK or equivalent EEA legislation).
3.3. If your order is affected by a delay, we will assist you in tracing the shipment and communicating with the carrier where possible. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected where applicable.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping costs are not fixed at the time you submit your order. Our customer service team will contact you to agree the final total, including the shipping cost, before you are invoiced. You pay only the amount agreed and shown on your invoice.
5. Risk and title
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified (or to the carrier when you have authorised a different delivery point, if applicable). Title passes in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of order and in line with applicable law.
